This is the section of the conference system where the manuscripts for the conference proceedings of the 17th International Conference on Ion Beam Modification of Materials (IBMM 2010) are submitted and reviewed. Authors who are registered to the conference and who are actually presenting a contribution before IBMM 2010 (oral or poster) are allowed to submit a manuscript. The manuscripts are peer-reviewed by up to two referees.
Accepted manuscripts will be published as a special issue of Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section B (NIMB).
Manuscripts submitted must satisfy a number of rules, namely regarding their length (minimum three and maximum four journal pages for contributed papers, up to six journal pages for invited papers). For the revision process, manuscript should be uploaded in PDF format and Word, WordPerfect or Latex format. Once accepted for publication, manuscripts will have to be uploaded in Word, Wordperfect, RTF, or Latex format, with figures in TIFF, EPS, PDF format or as MS Office files (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) in order to be transfered to the publisher. PDF is not accepted for final submission.
